Home Library Service
The Home Library Service is an outreach program that aims to deliver library materials to Islanders who are unable to visit their local library. Offered in partnership with the Seniors' Secretariat of Prince Edward Island, library materials are selected and checked out by library staff and delivered by volunteers every six weeks.
Who is eligible?
Available to anyone:
- With a physical or visual disability
- Recovering from surgery or an illness
- Regardless of age

- DAISY talking books
How do I apply?
Complete and submit a Home Library Service Application form to your local library.
How do I volunteer?
The Home Library Service relies on volunteers to deliver this service. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact your local library or PEI Public Library Service Headquarters.
