Staff at local public libraries are offering assistance to shellfishers who may not have access to a computer at home, or have had little experience filling out online applications.
To ensure all Islanders have access to the unique points of view recorded in "A Bold Vision: Women Leaders Imagining Canada's Future", Minister of Community Services and Seniors Valerie E. Docherty will be donating copies of the anthology to public libraries across the Island.
